After you choose the name of the company, you will be asked to fill in the On-line Incorporation Form. You can select a method of payment such as: secure payment by VISA or MasterCard (our official name "OCI Ltd." will appear on your statement), wire transfer or Western Union.

You have to type the name of the company in the Box below. Please don't use quotation marks and words: "Assurance", "Bank", "Building Society", "Chamber of Commerce", "Chartered", "Cooperative", "Imperial", Insurance", "Trust", "Municipal", "Royal", "National" or "Dominica" in the name of the company  

After you have typed the name, choose the ending for your company, which specifies that the liability of the members is limited by the share capital of the company.
Then click choose the name button. If the name is available for incorporation you will see the sign in a green color and you will be given the possibility to confirm the name and proceed with the online incorporation. If the name you've tried had been used in the registry you will see the sign in a red color and you will have an opportunity to choose another name.

When the name for your company is confirmed with the Dominica High Court Registry you will see the form which will ask you specific details concerning the company you want to incorporate. You will also be given an opportunity to choose from the additional services we offer. After you fill it in you will be offered the choice of payment. As soon as it is done you will have to press submit button and the invoice page with the detailed information of your order and detailed payment instructions will be displayed. We recommend that you print out the invoice and keep it for your records
